I’m Jennifer Villarroel Vargas, founder of the Law Office of Jennifer Vargas, PLLC in Washington, D.C. My mission is to assist immigrants and their families in navigating the U.S. legal system confidently. With over six years of experience, I’ve successfully represented asylum seekers and advocated for parents in custody cases and minors pursuing Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.

Originally from La Paz, Bolivia, I grew up in Miami, where I experienced the challenges of obtaining legal status. This fuels my passion for immigration law. I've served with the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project and gained experience at The George Washington Law School and with the Alexandria Public Defender Office.

Since 2017, I’ve been a member of the D.C. Bar and AILA.
